Random Ramblings of a Neo-Post-Modern Geek (I have no idea what that means)
Recognition
There is definitely something to be said for being recognized by people … even if they don’t know your face, knowing your name is enough.
At the Spring ’05 Common conference I’ve been recognized by quite a number of people … and it’s quite flattering.
My intentions with midrange.com are not to be a glory hound … but when people appreciate what you do, it’s quite satisfying.

By the way, I wish I could have spoken with you longer, but I really thought we’d probably bump into each other again during the conference. As it was, our brief “hello” at the top of the escalators was it. I was all disoriented, having just arrived that day, so I didn’t know where anything was. You know, just in case you thought I appeared lost, which I kind of was. Hope you had a good COMMON.
